Valley gearboxes and center drives are warrantied against failure for eight years or 8,000 hours, whichever comes first.

  • VS7000 gearboxes and motors have a separate warranty; which is 6 years or 6,000 hours.
  • Our drive train’s steel gears provide more strength than powdered metal
  • Our drive train’s internally vented junction box prevents moisture and contaminants from corroding the wire connections
  • Our gearbox’s 25-degree tooth angles provide 40% greater load capacity, more than any other in the industry.
  • Valley is the only center pivot company that produces its own gearboxes. The industry-leading Valley gearbox is life-tested and quality checked throughout the process to ensure we are constructing the most reliable and structurally sound gearbox available.

Valley Irrigation structural components are warrantied against failure for two years.

  • Stability: Four-leg drive unit with braces
  • Strength: Heavy 8-bolt pipe flanges
  • Durability: Full wrap-around weldments and forged truss rod heads
  • Load distribution: Uniform pipeline and truss rod crowns; tight contact of truss rod head sockets

Valley galvanized pipe is warrantied against corrosion failure for 20 years (prorated).

PolySpan® pipe is warrantied against corrosion failure for 20 years (10 years unconditional, 11-20 prorated, 30,000 hours).

Aftermarket Parts Limited Irrigation Warranty Highlights

  • Complete Valley drive train conversions are warrantied against failure for eight years or 8,000 hours, whichever comes first.
  • Valley gearboxes and center drives - Valley aftermarket center drive gear motors and final drive gearboxes are warrantied against defects or failures for four years or 4,000 hours, whichever comes first.

Valley Irrigation structural components are warrantied against failure for two years.

  • Valley ICON panels - Valley ICON panels and components are warrantied for five years, including display, smart relay board and power supply.
  • ICON over-the-counter replacement components - ICON over-the-counter replacement components (PCB, relay boards, displays, gateway flexbox, screens, keypads, encoders, disconnects, fwd/rev contactors, resolvers, pressure transducers and power supply) are warrantied for three years.
  • Complete tower box conversions - Valley tower boxes against defects or failures, when installed as part of a registered “Electrical Tower Box Conversion,” are warrantied for two years.
  • GPS components - Aftermarket Valley GPS components are warrantied for two years.
  • Variable Speed Drives - Aftermarket Variable Speed Drives (VSD) are warrantied for three years.
